He is unnamed but was thought to be one of the elite roman soldiers under Emperor Augustus, time around 2nd quarter of the 1st century bc.The elite soldiers were the cruel ones.

Herakles son of Zeus (the ruler of greek gods) and Alcmene (a human and the wife of the Theban general Amphitryon). Herakles won fame for completing twelve seemingly impossible tasks, known as the labours of Herakles. Known for his strength.
